Yoga retreat reduce stress

YOGA RETREAT DECEMBER 24-27th 2022

Jade Hills, Madikeri, Coorg, Karnataka

In 2022, we hosted a yoga retreat for 10 people in gorgeous Coorg. Situated on the slopes of the western Ghats, Coorg “the Scotland of India”, is a stunning hill station with sprawling coffee plantations and scenic views. Participants of the yoga retreat enjoyed 4 days of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation in a homestay that pays homage to indigenous, vernacular architecture. The retreat included twice daily yoga sessions, evening pranayama & meditation, nature walks, a coffee plantation visit, with ample time to relax and enjoy the breath taking views.

We were honored to host a wonderful group during the 2022 Coorg Yoga Retreat, from 25 to 75 years old, and with varying levels of yoga experience. Here’s what they had to say:

The retreat included twice daily yoga sessions with the mountains and breeze for company, campfire meditation, pranayama and chanting on the mountain top, delicious satvik homecooked food, starry nights, nature walks, and soul warming conversations.
