All you need for an at-home yoga practice is yourself, a comfortable space, and good internet connectivity. Just roll out your mat and get started. A live, guided class, with clear verbal instructions and demonstrations gives you the best of a studio experience, from the comfort of your home.

All classes are for one hour long.
Online Group Class 12 class membership– INR 3000 (12 classes must be completed within two months from date of signing up)
Pranayama & Meditation classes (Every Sunday) 12 classes, INR 2,500/. (12 classes must be completed within two months from date of signing up)

To ensure consistency, we don’t carry forward classes indefinitely. The validity of membership is as follows:
One month membership (12 classes) two months from date of signing up)
Three-month membership (36 classes)– four months from date of signing up.
Pranayama & Meditation - 4 months from date of signing up

The classes are for all levels – beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications to simplify or make the posture more advanced will be provided by the teacher. We believe in having a beginner mind set for every class, to open up your mind to a new and fresh perspective. There will be something for everyone, in every class!

Vinyasa is a wonderful way to practice yoga – “Vi” means special and “Nyasa” means placement. In a Vinyasa class posture are linked together in a very specific way and with the right breathing techniques. Each class will be unique its own way, and can be goal based. For example, to strengthen the back. It could relate to a specific group of postures, for example a Vinyasa class that focuses on forward bends. It may also be related to specific ‘feelings’, for example – to enhance energy or to relax.

You need a laptop or tablet (preferred)- a phone can also be used. A good Wi-fi connection and a comfortable space to practice. A Zoom link will be sent for the class which you just need to click!

The classes will combine clear verbal instructions and demonstrations. We keep smaller class sizes so that the teacher can observe you clearly. You are also welcome to ask questions after class!

We believe that being part of an online community can be a great way to expand our own practice. By practicing from the comfort of your home, you are more likely to stick to a regular schedule. What’s more our members get a chance to meet at yoga retreats which we plan to do once a year. This will help you interact face-to-face with teachers and other yoga practitioners.
