We want to help you make yoga a part of your daily life. Try the 12 class package if you are new to yoga, and the three month package if you want to advance and build a consistent yoga practice.

12 Class Package

 This is perfect if you are new to yoga and want to get a feel for the classes we offer. It takes 12 classes to settle into the practice and experience a real difference in your body, mind and breath.

3 Month Membership

If you have some experience with yoga and want to create a long-term practice, try the 3-Month membership (36 classes). We offer a 10% discount on the 3-Month package, if you sign up with a family member.

Pranayama & Meditation

If you are looking for a dedicated pranayama and meditation class, sign up for 12 classes. These sessions happen only once a week, and are useful for anyone looking to reduce stress, become calmer, more mindful and focused.
